Malaysia has one of the richest marine environment in the Indo-Pacific Basin and boasts graceful pelagic, eye-catching schools of fish and spectacular coral reefs - a refuge for tiny sea denizens. Among the notable dive sites include Sipadan which is just off the northeast coast of Borneo as well as the islands of Perhentian, Lang Tengah, Redang, Kapas, Tenggol and Tioman in the East Coast. Labuan, an off-shore financial centre near Sabah is well known for wreck diving.
